Passive House/NZEB

Passive House is one the worlds most stringent thermal performance standards. Our certified passive house designer will guide your design from initial concept, through construction and certification, in addition, with the EPBD requirement that all buildings to be NZEB by 2021 it is important for building owners to future proof their buildings, and protect their asset value, against related changes to the Building Regulations.

Building Performance Simulation

Building physics is an essential part of the design of low energy sustainable buildings. Using advanced modelling techniques enables us to study the effects of conceptual decisions on occupant comfort, energy consumption and carbon emissions from the earliest design stage and accurately quantify the benefits of passive and active design options.

Building Information Modelling

Building Information Modelling (BIM) as an important method of ensuring consistent, structured, efficient and accurate information exchange throughout the project lifecycle.

Throughout the project we work to recognised industry protocols and in collaboration with the client and project design team, we perform comprehensive execution planning for the modelling process to ensure that all parties realise the maximum benefits of using BIM.
