- Prepare coordinated construction schedule
- Constructability review
- Design certifier as per BCAR 2014
Construction Stage
- Chair weekly progress/coordination meetings with the contractors
- Coordinate contractors
- Manage all cost variations
- Resolve all technical queries
- Monitor progress, provide weekly schedule update and manage suppliers and contractors to meet schedule milestones
- Monitor workmanship and agree rectification of defects
- Prepare punch list and manage close out
- Review and approve Contractor Completion Packs
- Issue practical completion certs to contractors
- Preparation of commissioning protocols
- PSCS
- Assigned certifier as per BCAR 2014
Commissioning & Qualification
- Management and coordination of commissioning contractors and vendors
- Pre-start safety reviews
- Execute commissioning protocols to ensure safe and effective energisation of services and equipment
